Recipe for 2
Ingredients for Salad
- Chicken (1 large breast)
- Chilli Pepper ( 1 medium sized)
- Yellow Pepper
- Avocado
- Mixed Lettuce Leaves (2 Handfuls)
Ingredients for Honey and Wholegrain Mustard Dressing
- White Wine Vinegar (3tbs)
- Wholegrain Mustard (1tbs)
- Clear Honey (2tbs)
- Lime (1/2)
- Olive Oil (1tbs)
- Water (2tbs)
- Pinch of Salt
Method for Salad
- Grill Chicken until fully cooked.
- Then simply chop everything and mix well.
Method for the Dressing
- Add all the ingredients together and stir well.

The Final Picture - I think I will have to let Jace take the Pics more often.
Nice and simple to through together when busy. Very healthy which is extremely good after yesterdays cake :). The chilli and mustard was a bit too hot for me but Jace loved it so will score the taste separately.
